AAMU/UAH Regional Inservice Center Technology in Motion Specialist

I currently serve as the Technology in Motion Specialist (TiM) for the AAMU/UAH Regional Inservice Center. In this role, I am responsible for providing professional learning for teachers and administrators on technology integration in the classroom. I also help plan and implement technology rich lessons for students in grades K-12.

Before entering the role as a TiM specialist, I served as an Instructional Technology Facilitator for Limestone County Schools for three years. I was also an elementary classroom teacher for seven years. I received my BS in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. I also have a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction which I received from the University of Phoenix.

I am  passionate about conducting professional learning that is engaging and innovating! As a former classroom teacher, I understand the importance of teachers needing continued professional learning support.
