Dr. Hodge is a professional educator with 30 plus years experience serving as K-12 and higher education areas to include: middle school teacher, secondary teacher, university professor,college dean and director of  the Central Alabama Regional Education Inservice Center- Alabama State University-Montgomery, Alabama.  Major area of expertise is literacy at all levels.  Former Learning Forward Alabama-President.
